About Me

My Practice

I believe in the healing capacity of relationships—with ourselves, our communities, the land, and other species. I aim to offer a space where you feel attuned to and understood, supported at your preferred pace, and gently challenged in ways that honor your autonomy. I tend to be more exploratory than directive, inviting you to consider how your experiences have shaped the ways you relate to yourself and others. Together, we bring curiosity and compassion to the parts of you that hold shame, isolation, or pain.

My approach is ecologically inspired and experiential. I support you in noticing emotions, patterns, and body sensations that may be difficult to access, interpret, and make meaning of. We’ll cultivate rest, pleasure, and awe while engaging with the challenges of the worlds we live in.

Therapy offers an opportunity to clarify your values and practice living in ways that reflect them. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and disability justice principles, with consideration for the myriad ways our social, political, and cultural environments impact us.

My Background

My professional background includes work in restorative justice, youth empowerment, and immigrant advocacy. My graduate thesis explored how an animal behavior framework may support humans living with body-focused repetitive behaviors. I hold certifications in wilderness medicine and in wildlife tracking.

Fun facts‍ ‍‍ ‍

I love wildlife tracking, canoeing, and spending time with my elder dog companion. I’m always interested in hearing about people’s relationships with other animals.
